Delete My Account
You can delete your account in the iOS app under Account → Account Deletion. If you cannot access the app, use one of the options below.
Option 1: Email Request
Email support@mystorycrafters.com from your registered email with the subject “Account Deletion” and include your username. We will process your request promptly.
Option 2: In‑App
Open MyStoryCrafters Live → Account → Account Deletion → “Delete My Account”. This immediately removes your account and associated data (watch history, likes, chat messages). Some analytics entries may remain without identifying information.
Note: Subscription management and refunds are handled by Apple. To cancel or manage subscriptions, visit Manage Subscriptions.
