By accessing or using MyStoryCrafters TV (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable End User License Agreement (EULA). For iOS apps distributed via the App Store, the Apple Standard Licensed Application EULA applies in addition to these terms.

Apple Standard EULA

For iOS, your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Subscriptions

• Title: Premium
• Length: Monthly auto‑renewing subscription
• Price: The localized price is shown on Apple’s purchase sheet and may vary by region. Taxes may apply.
• Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Apple Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Renewals are charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Entitlement: Premium entitles you to ad‑free On‑Demand viewing. Live TV may remain ad‑supported.

Content Rights

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent access controls, interfere with operation, or infringe third‑party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable laws. You may stop using the Service at any time; subscription cancellation must be done via Apple as described above.
